Artist's Comments
This is a scene from the story I am writing (no title yet). From Chapter 25 where Death has Asiah in her lair and is mocking her. Asiah is a powerful crystal that the goddesses put some of their powers in to. She has a human form that appears like a holagram would. This isn't exaclt how I pictured it but then I'm not the best person to do it
 Text - “Is not she beautiful?” The question was rhetorical, asked to no one and no one answered. Death sat with a mad, possessive glint in her eye as she stroked the smooth edges of Asiah. “And she will be so helpful.” Asiah glowed a fierce red, showing her anger. But Death merely laughed. “You can't do anything to stop me. Show yourself to the people of the underworld.” Placing her down on the arm of her throne, Death watched with a satisfied smile as a beam of light shot out of the crystal and onto the stone floor. The figure of a woman rose and stood before her, chin raised high. Her light blue hair tumbled down past her shoulders and green eyes glinted with anger. Her skin was a soft brown against the elegant flow of her white dress.. A soft light emanated from her, making her glow like an angel. “Asiah.” Death greeted her with a sarcastic smile. “Death.” Asiah's greeting was equally chilly. “What are you doing?” “I plan to use that little part of me I put in you to make me the most powerful being on the earth.” If Asiah was scared or concerned by her plans she showed no sign of it. The cool demeanour she had developed over her many, many years stayed firmly in place.
